Gay-la Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

We will provide event signs, advertising opportunities, and other deliverables as per the level of Sponsorship you have purchased.
 

You will provide us your advertising materials in the necessary format so we can add to the appropriate media, no later than November 1. Ad specifications will be provided to you.
 

We will run ads on our schedule, and we will tell you when your ads will run.
 

You will provide any necessary logos to us for use on signage, no later than November 1.
 

You will provide materials to include in event bags no later than November 15.
 

If your sponsorship level includes event tickets, they will be provided to you by December 1.
 

All sales are final. We will not be able to provide refunds.
